I noticed a difference in how smooth the air flows when I inhale. However, you have to make sure it's really dry before applying. Several times when I had moisturizer or sunscreen on, it would just peel off in a few minutes. So sometimes I skip wearing peakflow since I'd rather put my sunscreen on sobs.
Worth the value, it help me reduce my snore and have a better sleep quality.
Really like the quality of the mouth tape - soft, in fact too soft - sometimes it will stick together while applying because it is almost impossible to unravel it after. Love the little hole in the middle so one does not feel suffocated. I find myself with less dry mouth and definitely less snoring after using it. Bought a few boxes already!
Works well, just didn't get the right colours. Ordered 2 black and 1 white, but got the other way. My friend uses it too, and he says he's able to breathe better now. Same for me, helps with my sinus.
I tried it from my cousin, and it feels like it really works for my blocked nose. It’s very convenient to use and worth the price. I would recommend it to people facing the same problem.
I only managed to try one strip because I accidentally threw the whole pack into the big dustbin 😭💔

Peakflow nose tape completely worked well and I can breath so smooth during the sleep and exercise. cant believe the tape really that amazed everyone.
Mouth tape not that fit into situation sometimes but it’s still fine, to train with mouth shut for better sleep.
First time using this and the results was amazing! Open my nose airflow in just few seconds!! My daughter using this when she had cold, the results just gave her a shock!
Tried mouth tape for sleeping and it helps me breathe through my nose better. Wake up feeling less dry mouth and sleep feels more comfortable. Simple but works well for me.

The effects are instant, feels like you took an antihistamine and your Airways open up. Only issue is the stickiness where I have oily skin and if I sweat buckets it falls of easily.
