Nose still feels block after using the nose strip. Need to test it out more. For mouth tape, it feels kinda of wet not sure why. It doesn’t stop snoring entirely but it does soften it.
It really helped me on breathing better when I’m running/ exercising. It also help me snore less when I use it for sleep.

It is not really convenient when your mouth is accidentally wet, especially after sneezing. But it is still okay when your mouth is totally dry
