We recommend wearing it for a maximum of 8-10 hours for hygiene purposes. If you're using it for workouts, remove it before showering after your session. For those with conditions like a deviated septum or nasal valve collapse, consider switching to a new strip every 8 hours.

bands embedded in the adhesive strip adhere to the bridge of your nose. Once applied, these bands exert a gentle outward pull on the sides of your nose, widening the nasal passages and reducing airflow resistance. However, sports with substantial facial contact, like grappling or boxing, and water sports may affect the strip's wear time.

Just make sure to wear it for at least 30mins in advance. The longer you apply it before you start to sweat, the better it works!

Give it Some Time: For some, the Peakflow Nose Strip eliminates snoring on the first night, but others may need a few weeks of consistent use. Snoring can stem from issues beyond nasal breathing difficulties, and additional solutions may be necessary.

Still Not Working After a Few Weeks: Snoring often occurs due to mouth breathing. Consider factors like bed angle, pillow choice, alcohol consumption before bed, allergens, or the risk of sleep apnea. We recommend trying mouth tape to keep your mouth closed while using the Peakflow Nose Strip. If the problem persists, consult a sleep specialist. Remember, snoring affects both you and your partner.
