Is a life changing for as I had broken nose...so now use one side of my nose breathing but depending how I sleep....sometime on the right side is block and sometimes it the left side...but since my 1st use this,I'm amazed because at least one side is where air flow is smooth and feel like the air is flow so much in me..and other side half of it.so thank you peak flow for this small thing that helps keep on breathing in such smooth air through my life.🥰

Initially, I was quite skeptical about it. However, after trying it out, I found that it significantly improved my breathing—air flowed smoothly through my nostrils, and it felt great. I spent the entire day wearing it, and while I did get a few curious looks, most people didn’t even notice or care about what was on my nose. It’s often just our own minds overthinking and worrying about what others might think. So, stop overthinking—go ahead and do what makes you feel good!

I've used both the first-generation and the current version of Peakflow, and here’s my take.
Scent-wise, I actually preferred the original lavender-scented one. It had a really pleasant, balanced smell that wasn’t too strong. With the current version, I have to use the dropper to add the scent myself—and even with just one drop, it feels overpowering and ends up giving me a stuffy nose. To make it more bearable, I now infuse the strip a few hours in advance (usually 2–3 hours) so the scent has time to settle.
That said, the new version is a big improvement in terms of adhesiveness. It sticks much better than the first one and stays on securely throughout the night.
I do hope Peakflow brings back a version like the original—already infused with a light lavender scent.

I have sinus so sometimes it affects my sleep and rest at night. However, as soon as I started using Peakflow 2.0, I discovered that my rest is better which helps me start the day the following morning in a much better state. I see myself using this for years to come.

Version one didn’t work well for me. The adhesive couldn’t last more than an hour. Version 2 has been a big improvement, great adhesive and better design. I’m pleased with the improved design.

Give it Some Time: For some, the Peakflow Nose Strip eliminates snoring on the first night, but others may need a few weeks of consistent use. Snoring can stem from issues beyond nasal breathing difficulties, and additional solutions may be necessary.

Still Not Working After a Few Weeks: Snoring often occurs due to mouth breathing. Consider factors like bed angle, pillow choice, alcohol consumption before bed, allergens, or the risk of sleep apnea. We recommend trying mouth tape to keep your mouth closed while using the Peakflow Nose Strip. If the problem persists, consult a sleep specialist. Remember, snoring affects both you and your partner.
